Other: Raphael Amayo and his sons farm is located in Timana Huila on the border of Pitalito. They are at the forefront of coffee experimentation and evolution.

This Micro-Lot has been put through a long dry anaerobic fermentation of 180 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds until the ideal moisture content is reached.
