MILKLAB began in 2015 when we offered our first range-solution of premium alternative milks to the hospitality industry. Our goal was then, and still is now, to elevate the café coffee experience for baristas and consumers alike with a range of high performance, barista milks.

MILKLAB Almond is made for coffee — created with baristas, for baristas. It’s designed to texture and stretch with high performance and complements espresso coffee with a smooth nutty flavour and a rich, velvety mouthfeel.
Almonds are an excellent source of protein, antioxidants, fibre and other important nutrients that help to support a healthy diet. They’re grown all over Australia but thrive in Victoria due to the cold winters and hot, dry harvest season.
Our local almond growers use tightly managed, sustainable water sources. They also implement bee protection initiatives to maximise the health of the orchard and the bees, which love the nutritious pollen created by almond trees.
Ingredients: Australian water, almonds (3.5%), sugar, vegetable oil (canola or sunflower), maltodextrin (from corn), acidity regulators (potassium citrate, dipotassium phosphate), vegetable gums (gellan gum, xanthan gum, locust bean gum), sunflower lecithin, salt.
